Uncle Biff's Copycat

I tried Uncle Biff's cookies for the first time over a year ago and just loved them! (See my original post). The California Killer cookie was definitely the best and obviously a favorite (I've had many people come to me searching for a copycat version). The wait is over! I made mine a little smaller than Uncle Biff, so use two tablespoons of dough and increase the baking time if you want to mimic the size.
If you have tried Uncle Biff's, try this recipe and let me know what you think!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups of flour
3/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sticks butter
3/8 cup granulated sugar
3/8 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
In a small bowl whisk cups of flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add in vanilla and eggs.
Gradually add in the flour mixture. Stir in chips. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare baking sheets.
Roll dough into balls and place onto cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 12 minutes until light golden brown.
Yields 36 cookies.
